Sign in with your email (we send a one-time code — no password), choose your area, pick your community from the list and tap Join. Depending on the community, you either join straight away or an admin approves your request first; you'll see which on the next screen.

On the community search page, choose Request it and tell us its name, address and PIN code. The Fit@40 team adds it and lets you know.

You choose, in Profile → Privacy: Private, Public, or In your community. New profiles start Private.

Open Chat → New message, search for the member and send a chat request. You can chat once they accept it.

Open an event and tap Join event. If it's full you can join the waitlist. You can leave an event or waitlist at any time (you'll be asked to confirm), and add it to your calendar from the event page.

Yes — on your Home feed, your own posts have Edit and Delete under them.
